Job Creation In FCT: Lelook Bags Academy Empowers Women, Presents Certificates To Graduands

 As part of measures to further ensure women empowerment and job creation, Lelook Bag Academy in Lugbe Abuja has empowered about fifty women trained in the Academy. The beneficiaries were presented with certified certificate from the National Board for Technical Education, NABTEB after a six month training upon graduation from Lelook Bag Academy. Speaking during the presentation of the certificate at the premises of the Academy in Lugbe Abuja, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Academy, Mrs Chinwe Ezenwa said the move was to ensure professional recognition for the beneficiaries after undergoing skills acquisition in bag making and production. Mrs Ezenwa said they were also trained on basic accounting, packaging and labelling as well as good social conduct and behaviour among others that would enable them succeed in the business of bag making and other ventures. FCT APC South East Forum Congratulates Wike Over Appointment As FCT Minister

Leader of the Forum, Lawrence Onuchukwu, in a statement, on Sunday, said the Abuja based political class of the southeast extractions are particularly excited and happy to receive Nyesom Wike as new FCT Minister, describing his appointment as a well deserved one. The Forum believed that Wike’s track record of leadership would benefit the FCT and transform the territory the way he did in Rivers State.
